Cut chicken breasts into smaller pieces, season with salt and pepper
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and saute for about 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and nearly cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, make the orange chicken sauce in a bowl. Then, pour the sauce in with the chicken and stir to combine. It will thicken and coat the chicken. Remove from heat and serve immediately over quinoa or rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if you chose.
