Ingredients
  • 1 large head of broccoli steamed
  • 1 cup of lacinato kale de-stemmed and chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In a food processor, pulse steamed broccoli and kale until grated. Squeeze water out as best as you can. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and add egg, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup Parmesan. Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grease a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Transfer the dough to the sheet and shape it into a thin and round crust.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and dried out.
