A fun innovative take on the Jewish New Year tradition of apples and honey, or a dessert or snack for any time.
Pre-heat oven to 400F
Slice your apples. Put honey in one bowl and the nut butter bar mix in another bowl.
Dip each apple slice in honey first, then the mix.
Place slices on a parchment lined baking tray. Cook for 15 minutes.
Let them cool 5–7 minutes.
Serve with extra honey or your choice of nut butter as a dip.
